You will hire, train, and develop a diverse team, create an inclusive environment, and partner with district leadership to curate a welcoming, high-performing store. Flexibility for scheduling including nights and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Able to hire, train and develop a team.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift up to 40 pounds/18 kg.
