J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Store Director responsible for all aspects of store performance, profitability, and customer loyalty. You will hire, train, and develop the team to ensure peak potential and a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects the community we serve.

You’ll lead store operations, drive service excellence, and collaborate with district leadership to curate product assortment and in-store visuals while maintaining brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Store Director experience is a plus.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
