J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Store Director for our Williston, VT location. You will own all aspects of store performance, drive profitability, and build loyalty through genuine connections with customers.

You'll hire, train, and develop a diverse team, foster inclusion, and lead operations, merchandising, and service excellence to meet and exceed goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, lift at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Lead team and maximize profitability with brand alignment.
