J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Store Director for our Flemington, NJ location. You will own all aspects of store performance, drive profitability, and build customer loyalty through genuine connections.

You will hire, train, and develop a diverse team, manage store operations and systems, and collaborate with the District Manager to curate the product assortment and visual merchandising. The role requires 5+ years of full-time retail management, scheduling flexibility, and a passion for fashion
