Job summary

Billy Reid’s Dallas showroom is seeking a Store Director to lead the sales team toward achieving shop sales targets and oversee daily operations with a hospitality-focused mindset. This role requires a proactive leader who can take ownership of the shop’s success.

The ideal candidate will coach and develop a high-performing staff, analyze reports to drive decisions, and champion omni-channel initiatives while upholding Billy Reid’s customer-focused, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyze business reports and use data to drive operational decisions and improve store performance.
• Experience executing retail operations including merchandising, promotions, scheduling, inventory, and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to build a customer-focused, clientele-driven culture that supports repeat business and omni-channel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement Retail direction in stores including selling culture, merch guidelines, markdowns & promos.
• Drive national & local events and utilize reports to guide actions.
• Create store schedules to support business needs.
• Meet & exceed sales plans by training, motivating, mentoring staff and providing feedback.
• Improve conversion rate with year-over-year improvements.
• Build and retain a high-performing team and conduct regular performance reviews.
