H&M in Minnetonka is seeking a Department Supervisor to support Sales and Profit goals and deliver the Best Customer Experience in the store. You will lead in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures.

You will manage omni-channel customer experience, merchandise presentation, team development, stock and operations, and open/close responsibilities while promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives.
