Job summary

H&M in Lexington, KY is seeking a Department Manager to lead and inspire the store team. You will drive an outstanding omni-channel customer experience, ensure top-notch visuals, and analyze sales to create plans that boost profitability and growth.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule your staff, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising. You’ll open and close the store, maintain store standards, and promote our loyalty programs and sustainability
