You will oversee recruitment, performance development, and daily store operations, ensuring compliant processes and ongoing training to support growth and success for your department and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
• Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify strengths and commercial opportunities for your department and act on them.
• Establish and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results.
• Ensure customer service is provided across all areas of the store and your team promotes and sells products.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
