Job summary

H&M in College Station, TX is seeking a Department Supervisor to help achieve Sales and Profit goals by delivering the best customer experience in the department and store. You will work in line with H&M standards and legal requirements, while supporting customers and colleagues.

You will lead a team, ensure visual and commercial execution, promote the Customer Loyalty App, and maintain daily operations from fitting rooms to checkout in a way that reflects our brand values and local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support omni-channel customer experience and visual/commercial presentation per global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Identify department opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service across all store areas and promote and sell products to customers.
• Promote our Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Ensure admin routines for people and operations are followed.
