• Ensure customer service across the store and promote the Hello Member loyalty app.
• Promote in-store sustainability initiatives and manage department costs efficiently.
• Open and close the store daily and handle administrative routines.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop your team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser and communicate with staff.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and legal requirements.
