Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and bookkeeping skills.
• Good organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with capability to work in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store.
• Train and develop associates; ensure staffing and adherence to standards.
• Order, inventory, and rotate stock; minimize loss and ensure product freshness.
• Review orders for quality, quantity, and weight; ensure proper storage.
• Monitor schedules, labor control, and payroll for the department.
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
