Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Retail experience and ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of inventory control and store operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Spanish language skills desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store.
• Order and maintain department inventory for freshness and quality.
• Review received orders for amount, quality, count, weight and condition, store appropriately.
• Supervise stocking, production and other tasks to ensure quality and date rotation.
• Communicate Flight Plans and support scheduling, payroll and labor control.
• Train, coach and develop department associates and manage performance.
• Ensure safety, food safety and guest experience guidelines are followed.
