• Manage stocking, production, and time-sensitive product rotation.
• Support scheduling, labor control, and payroll expense for the department.
• Communicate and execute the Flight Plan to meet company expectations.
• Attend daily huddles, manager and district meetings as required.
• Uphold food safety, safety, and guest experience guidelines.
