Required are a high school diploma or GED, 2 years retail experience, strong communication, and basic bookkeeping. Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint is expected; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and bookkeeping skills.
• Good organization, prioritization, decision-making and problem solving.
• Strong leadership abilities for hands-on environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Spanish ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Order and maintain inventory in the department and ensure product freshness.
• Review and validate received orders for amount and quality and store properly.
• Lead a team to complete stocking, production and related tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of products carried in the department and storewide.
• Know advertised items, deals, and store rewards programs.
• Communicate and execute weekly Flight Plans per company timelines.
• Implement schedules, labor control and payroll expense for the department.
• Ensure food safety and general safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Develop and monitor department goals and forecasts; participate in meetings.
