Job summary

H&M Maple Grove is seeking a Department Supervisor to support store sales and profit goals by delivering the best customer experience in the department and store, while adhering to company standards and policies.

You will lead a team, ensure visual and commercial execution, manage inventory and operations, and collaborate with the Department Manager to seize opportunities and sustain high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience and ensure visual/commercial standards are met.
• Promote and sell products while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify opportunities and act on them.
• Ensure proper routines in fitting rooms and at checkout, including returns/exchanges.
• Oversee store operations, admin tasks, and compliance with procedures and legal requirements.
