H&M in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a Department Supervisor to drive the best customer experience in the department and store while meeting Sales and Profit goals. You will lead a team, ensure visual and commercial standards, and promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.

You will manage daily store operations, collaborate with the Department Manager and Visual Merchandiser team, and coach colleagues to deliver excellent service and product knowledge.
