Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to support sales and profits by delivering the best customer experience in-store and in the department. You will lead the team, uphold legal requirements and H&M standards, and drive commercial execution across operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring visual and product knowledge, managing stock, and promoting loyalty programs such as Hello Member while maintaining store compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support OMNI customer experience and visual/commercial presentation in line with global guidelines
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities with the Department Manager
• Ensure customer service is provided across the store and promote products
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions and returns
• Maintain admin routines for people and operations
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and other store colleagues
• Open and close the store daily
