We are more than just a Parts Store, seeking talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down engines (though it’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is essential. This role offers a great opportunity whether you aim to build a long-term career as a Parts Specialist, want full or part-time work, or are exploring other career paths with us. We welcome all!

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and interactions
• Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores
• Welcoming and engaging retail customers to ensure a positive experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalogs

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership work
• Experience in cataloging or inventory management systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
