Our Mishawaka, IN location is seeking a Full-Time Counter Salesperson!

Hours: 40 Hours per Week (M-F 8-5pm), Must be flexible to work Monday through Saturday — shifts will vary!

Knowledge, Skills, Duties, and Abilities

• Maintaining a personal level of safety throughout the store at all times;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, including prompt handling of all customer orders;
• Maintaining store appearance and merchandising as assigned;
• Possessing excellent telephone communication and etiquette skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic wholesale/retail environment;
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce;
• Following performance standards set for counter persons;
• Ensuring effective use of all available resources;
• Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and support staff;

• Ability to learn to mix paint, perform shop functions, and make hydraulic hoses as required;
• Taking physical inventories and line counts;
• Stocking shelves and pulling customer orders;

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently;
