We are more than just a Parts Store, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," serving as the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. You don’t need to be an expert in tearing down motors—though that’s a bonus—but a solid knowledge of automotive parts is essential.

What you will be doing:

1. Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
2. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
3. Delivering outstanding customer service and engagement.
4. Maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
5. Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
6. Utilizing technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

This opportunity is ideal if you:

Requirements:

1. Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries.
2. Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems.
