We are so much more than a Parts Store and we are looking for even more great talent to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are seen as the “face of the retail store” and the go-to person for customers entering our retail stores for all their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down and rebuild engines (though that’s a plus), but we do require a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
