We are looking for friendly and knowledgeable individuals to become the face of our retail store as a Counter Sales associate. You will assist customers with their automotive needs, provide excellent customer service, and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior automotive parts knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is also valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone
• Support team members with product knowledge and customer inquiries
• Deliver outstanding customer care and create a positive shopping experience
• Engage customers and bring energy to our stores
• Operate technology systems, cash register, and catalog systems

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
