We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a Counter Sales associate, you will be the 'face of the retail store' and the primary contact for customers seeking automotive parts and solutions. Prior automotive knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. This role is ideal whether you're building a career as a Parts Specialist, seeking full/part-time work, or exploring other opportunities within our company.

What you will be doing:

1. Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone.
2. Support team members with automotive parts knowledge to serve customers effectively.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive shopping experiences.
4. Engage with customers in a fast-paced environment, bringing energy and focus.
5. Utilize technology, including computers, cash registers, and catalog systems, to process transactions and inquiries.

What you’ll need:

• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.

Additional helpful qualifications:

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership.
• Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications (preferred but not required).
