We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable individuals to join our NAPA team as Counter Sales Associates. As the "face of the retail store," you'll assist customers with their automotive needs, providing excellent service and support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone with auto parts questions and solutions.
- Support team members with product knowledge and customer inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer care and create a positive shopping experience.
- Engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Utilize technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalog systems.

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred, or willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries.
- Experience with cataloging and inventory systems.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- ASE Certifications are a plus.
