No need to be an expert in tearing down motors—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is preferred. What You Will Be Doing
- Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
- Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
- Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions
- Maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership work
- Experience with cataloging and inventory systems
- Customer-centric mindset
- ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
