We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. A background in automotive parts is preferred, but not required—willingness to learn is key.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
2. Assisting team members with customer inquiries using your parts knowledge
3. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
4. Engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment
5. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

Additional Preferred Qualifications

1. Passion for automotive or related industries
2. Experience in retail, auto body, or collision repair
3. Knowledge of inventory management systems
4. ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
