A background in automotive parts is preferred, but not required—willingness to learn is key.

- Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
- Assisting team members with customer inquiries using your parts knowledge
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customers
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for automotive or related industries
- Experience in retail, auto body, or collision repair
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
