Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations in the department, directing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining stock and display standards. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling ability, and a focus on food safety and cost controls.

You will oversee hiring, training, and disciplinary actions, drive sales and margins, and partner with the management team to meet goals.

• Achieve department sales, labor, and margin goals.
• Review store goals, costs, shrink, and inventory to align with targets.
• Model fast, friendly, customer service.
• Train department team in all job aspects and ensure required training is completed.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage; maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
