Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations in their department, manage ordering, receiving, stocking and display to maximize profits, and ensure food safety processes are followed.

You will supervise team members, assist in hiring, train staff, and drive excellent customer service while meeting department goals. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented grocery environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning by providing career paths and identifying development needs for their department team.
• Participate in disciplinary actions and make recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attain P&L budgeted goals, achieving sales, labor and margin plans for the department.
• Review sales goals, supply costs, stock loss/shrink results and goals.
• Model exceptional, fast and friendly customer service.
• Review Customer Survey and feedback from previous day or week.
• Prepares, packages, stocks store and display merchandise appropriately.
