Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and development needs for department teams.
• Supports disciplinary actions and handles discharge considerations.
• Attain P&L budgeted goals including sales, labor, and margin plans for the department.
• Reviews sales goals, supply costs, and shrink results; drives store performance.
• Models exceptional, fast, friendly customer service.
• Ensures proper training and safety practices across the department.
• Oversees backroom organization and product pricing accuracy.
