Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and identifies development needs for department teams.
• Supports disciplinary actions and makes recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attains budgeted goals for sales, labor and margins of the department.
• Reviews sales goals, costs, shrink and stock levels; ensures accurate pricing and display.
