Job summary

Rally House in Erie, PA is seeking a Head Coach to lead store operations and team performance on site. You will supervise staff schedules, coach and develop teammates, and ensure high standards of guest service and store presentation.

You will drive sales by engaging guests, promote products, monitor inventory, support visual merchandising, and execute promotions while partnering with leadership to meet store goals in a fast-paced, sports-fan environment.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer-facing environments with strong customer service and guest engagement.
Leadership capabilities, including supervising teams, coaching, feedback, and developing others.
Operational and organizational skills: scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and store standards.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
Basic business acumen, including understanding sales targets and metrics.
On-site work in Erie, PA with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays.
