Job summary

• Basic business and sales acumen, including understanding of sales targets, key performance metrics, and techniques to drive revenue and store performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Clarksburg, Md, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated passion for sports, local teams, and fan culture; prior experience in sports retail or fan-focused environments is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or formal leadership training is beneficial.
