Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading the assigned category team and operating the store per company policy.
• Acts as Manager On Duty in coordination with the management team.
• Maintains store security as a key-holding manager.
• Handles customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintains merchandising standards and store cleanliness for operational efficiency.
• Trains and develops associates and leads.
• Communicates with the team through daily briefings and regular meetings.
• Drops off bank deposits and handles change orders as needed.
• Picks up café and grocery supplies as required.
• Consults with the General Manager on associate performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
