Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience
• Successful completion of required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits and customer service by leading the assigned category team and operating the store in accordance with Company policy
• Operate the store as Manager On Duty with the management team
• Maintain the store’s physical security and serve as a key-holding manager
• Address customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness, ensuring operational efficiency
• Train and develop Associates and Leads
• Facilitate effective communication through daily briefings and regular meetings
• Handle bank deposits and cash transactions when needed
• Assist with café/grocery supplies and coordinate with General Manager on performance
• Perform other duties as assigned
