Responsibilities

• Operates the store as Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintains store security as a key-holding manager.
• Ensures high levels of customer service and resolves complaints.
• Maintains category merchandising, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Manages stock levels within the monthly budget.
• Trains and develops Associates and Leads.
• Facilitates daily briefings and weekly meetings with staff.
• Audits buyback to ensure policy compliance.
• Drops off bank deposits and handles change orders.
• Consults with the General Manager on associate performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
