Price Rite in Scranton, PA is seeking a Closing Supervisor to oversee store operations and staff on shift, delivering high quality customer service and maintaining presentation standards.

You will open/close the store, handle cash operations, assist with inventory and sign audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and state laws. This full-time role requires leadership and sharp problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before customers or team members of the organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages.
• Active Food Safety Certification required.
• Regularly stand, walk, and lift or move objects as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 team members per shift.
• Maintain store conditions and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Open/Close cash office, reconciliations, and deposits.
• Manage receiving, inventory, damages, signs and tags (CGO functions).
• Work nights and weekends; full-time (about 40 hours/week).
