Qualifications

• One+ years of related management experience.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or team members.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Active Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 team members per shift.
• Maintain store conditions, sanitation and safety standards.
• Ensure delivery of great customer service.
• Open/close cash office including reconciliations and deposits.
• Perform CGO functions: receiving, inventory, damages, signs and tags.
• Rotate and stock items on shelves and in back rooms.
• Communicate with Store Manager on issues and emergencies.
• Work nights and weekends; approx. 40 hours/week.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
