Job summary

Michaels Stores in ATL-JOHN’S CREEK, GA seeks a team member to maintain the store’s cleanliness and recovery standards, provide friendly customer service, and help customers find what they’re looking for. The role includes assisting with checkout, rewards enrollments, and omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

The position requires following SOPs, adhering to safety programs, and supporting daily tasks such as truck unloading, stocking, and planograms while working in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
