Job summary

Michaels in Snellville, GA is seeking a Store Associate to maintain a clean, organized store and deliver friendly customer service. You’ll help customers locate items, answer questions, and process transactions accurately while upholding brand standards.

Daily duties include cleaning, stocking, assisting with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), and participating in safety and SOP programs. The role requires standing long hours and teamwork in a climate-controlled working environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
