Job summary

The Michaels Stores team in Monaca, PA is seeking a store cleaning associate to maintain a high standard of store appearance, assist customers, and support checkout and omni-channel processes. You will clean designated areas, restock, and keep supply levels in check while upholding safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have retail or cleaning experience, are at least 16 years old, and can work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and Company policies.
