Job summary

Michaels is seeking a dedicated store associate to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Pitt-Robinson Township location. The role includes dusting, mopping, restocking, and assisting customers to navigate the store.

You will follow SOPs, prepare cleaning solutions, and support safety programs while delivering friendly service and upholding the Michaels brand promise. All shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail cleaning preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Dust and damp mop floors; move equipment and restock as needed.
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, entryways and high-traffic areas.
• Prepare cleaning solutions and follow SOPs; report supply needs.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and assist customers.
