Job summary

The Michaels Companies is looking for team members to help maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support omni-channel operations in Bozeman, MT. The role includes stocking, checkout duties, and promoting rewards programs. Candidates should be comfortable with late hours and weekends in a climate-controlled public retail environment.

Team members are expected to follow SOPs, maintain safety, and provide a positive example for peers while upholding Michaels’ brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store).
• Participate in stocking, planogram processes, and truck un-load.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
