Michaels is seeking a team member for our Brentwood, MO store to maintain cleanliness and assist customers with a friendly, helpful approach. You will participate in checkout, rewards enrollments, and omni-channel processes while supporting stocking and planogram tasks.

The role requires reliability, ability to stand for long periods, and adherence to SOPs in a climate-controlled retail environment. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are possible.

Qualifications

• Retail and cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Assist with checkout, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
