Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in the Washington, MO area is seeking a Store Team Member to maintain a clean, safe store environment and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers, keep aisles tidy, and assist with checkout and store operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, stocking, supporting omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS), and participating in truck unloads and planograms. Prior retail/cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and mops floors as directed; cleans assigned areas.
• Restocks and places products back in correct placement; assists with stocking and planograms.
• Provides fast, friendly checkout support and participates in omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Supports shrink and safety programs and adheres to SOPs and company policies.
