Michaels is seeking team members for store maintenance and customer service roles in East Hanover, NJ. The position involves cleaning, stocking, and assisting customers with a friendly, efficient checkout experience. You will participate in BOPIS/SFS processes and support store operations to uphold brand standards.

Applicants should have retail or cleaning experience, be able to stand for long periods, and be at least 16 years old. The role offers base pay and benefits in a retail environment.

Competenze

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Michaels requires team members to be at least sixteen years or older.

Mansioni

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
