Job summary

Michaels in Ramsey, NJ is seeking team members to maintain a clean, welcoming store and assist customers across in‑store, online, and pickup services. You will help shoppers locate items, keep shelves organized, and perform checkout duties with accuracy and efficiency.

The role supports omni‑channel processes, rewards enrollment, and safety programs. Applicants must be at least sixteen years old and ready to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate‑controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Assist customers and help them shop our store and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly check out experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and private label cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
