Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Moscow, ID is seeking a store associate to uphold the store’s appearance, assist customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will help customers locate products and maintain a welcoming environment throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include checkouts, rewards enrollment, BOPIS/SFS support, stocking, planograms, and adherence to safety and SOPs. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.
