Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to reflect brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find items.
• Handle checkout with cash handling to standards and enroll customers in Rewards program.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store) and curbside pickups.
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; adhere to SOPs.
