Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience or customer-facing experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans.
• Manages Captains and coaches store team to deliver strong performance.
• Ensures staffing, training, and compliance with policies.
• Oversees payroll, scheduling, and hiring decisions for supervisory and hourly staff.
