Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager to forecast, plan, and execute initiatives that improve customer experiences and sales performance on the floor. You will supervise Captains and the store crew, oversee hiring, scheduling, and training, and ensure compliance with safety, policies, and procedures while delivering exceptional athlete experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience).
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, including forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and develops the broader store team.
• Oversees payroll and staff scheduling to align with budget goals and athlete traffic.
• Hires and builds strong teams by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting teammates.
• Ensures store safety, standards, and operational procedures are upheld.
